Setting up the process
When you first enter the epol360 website you will be given further information about the process and brief instructions on how to begin. From here you will be able to log in, nominate your raters and begin your questionnaire. |

Once you have logged in you can complete your self-assessment questionnaire or you can nominate your raters.
These are split into four categories to give a more rounded view of your performance.
You nominate one or two Line Managers and between three and seven Peers, Direct Reports and Others.
Together with your own assessment these responses will give a 360˚ picture of your strengths and perceived development needs.
