Report Only
Use of the epol360 Online Assessment tool resulting in a 39 to 43 page personalised report highlighting strengths, areas for development and specific narrative comments from your raters. A single report is priced at £95 excluding vat. Discount rates are available for groups or teams exceeding more than 10 participants.
Greater understanding of your development needs and strengths will be enhanced with the help of an experienced coach, mentor or trusted work colleague. If you do not have a coach or mentor immediately available, please consider one of the feedback options below. We can provide you with a confidential facilitated feeddback session.
Feedback Options (optional)
- Telephone debrief – Lasting up to 30 minutes with a nominated epol360 facilitator this session includes assistance on how to interpret each section of the report, how to contextualise the graphs and how to work with narrative feedback comments. The session allows for a brief exploratory discussion into a few of the key areas highlighted in the report and some suggestions on what to do next. From £45 excluding vat.*
- Developmental personalised feedback (telephone or face to face) – Lasting up to two hours, this comprehensive facilitation session allows for assistance on how to interpret the report and then an in-depth discussion on any developmental issues highlighted within the context of your personal background, experience and aspirations. The session concludes with the main areas for exploration and how best to move forward developmentally. From £99 excluding vat for first line supervisors and from £159 for middle managers and senior staff.*
- Collective Group or Team based workshop following individual feedback – This is appropriate where a team has undertaken the epol360 TL&EI or Team Profiler questionnaires and require group feedback to build a more open communicative culture and improved teamworking .
epol360 group survey is backed up by a professional feedback facilitation service and can be integrated into and supported by executive coaching or other developmental activities. Price on application.
*Prices are based on sessions incurring no additional costs such as travel expenses, venue etc. and telephone debriefs require you to make telephone contact with facilitators. If you would like us to visit you or arrange group based feedback sessions please contact us for a full quotation.
