Our facilitators have a proven track record of helping participants deliver tangible and sustained personal and organisational impact and growth. Where possible we match facilitators to epol360 participants based on sector experience and managerial level.
Feedback is constructively provided in a sensitive and progressive manner ensuring that the personal insight provided by the epol360 tool is fully understood and integrated into a personal or group developmental action plan or strategy.
We strongly recommend the use of a registered 360 facilitator to help you interpret your report.
