epol360 Facilitator, Mentor and Coach Training
We run throughout the year a number of two, three and five day courses to enable individuals to train and qualify as epol360 feedback facilitators, internal/external mentors and coaches.
We are looking for experienced managers currently performing in staff development or leadership development roles who wish to provide a professional 360 assessment facility within their own organisation.
We also seek managers nearing retirement or recently retired to train and qualify as epol360 facilitators who may wish to help us provide a professional epol360 feedback service in the criminal justice sector.
In addition, we provide coaching and mentoring foundation courses in coaching psychology.
