Facilitator, Mentor and Coach Training
Follow-up facilitation session with the epol360 facilitator
A significant number of participants following epol360 and feedback request a further follow-up session with their epol360 facilitator. This session can focus on creating or refining your development action plan/framework i.e. developing the goals and action required to move on or can be used to review actual progress against your development plan. From £199* excluding vat.
epol360 coaching
An experienced coach is especially recommended if you have an awareness of your developmental issues and have found it difficult to work things out and move forward. If you find accepting feedback uncomfortable, are surprised by what others say about you or are generally struggling with confidence or low self esteem, then a professional coach may be in an ideal position to offer help.
Coaching, if required, often follows epol360 report and feedback. It seeks to explore the barriers that inhibit change and looks to identify workable strategies on which to move forward.
A typical coaching session lasts up to two hours. It costs from £259* excluding vat and is dependent upon your level and specific needs. At all times you control the pace and own the process.
epol360 mentor
The mentor can help you formulate goals and actions and can share the benefit of their relevant experience to help you think about other ways to achieve your goals. A typical session lasts between one and two hours. We have many mentors with either the same, similar or related public service backgrounds. Many of our facilitators are also trained mentors. Costs range from £95 for telephone mentoring (1 hour full session) and from £199 for face to face mentoring excluding vat.
Facilitator, Mentor and Coach Training
We currently run throughout the year a number of two, three and five day courses to enable individuals to become epol360 facilitators, internal/external mentors and coaches.
